2 organic chicken breasts
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup organic chicken broth
2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan. Brown chicken
on medium high heat 2-3 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan. Add maple
syrup, broth, garlic and time. Cook for 2-3 minutes, scraping bottom of the
pan. Add mustard and vinegar and cook for a couple more minutes. Add chicken
back to the pan and place in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until
internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 Fahrenheit. Remove chicken from
pan and let rest 5 minutes. Cook sauce over medium heat to thicken. Spoon sauce
over plated chicken
