Barbecue Sauce

This BBQ sauce is easy to make and so much better than the stuff you buy in the store, and won’t contain the high fructose corn syrup.

2 cups ketchup (sugar and high fructose corn syrup free)

2 tbs. molasses

¼ cup pure maple syrup

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbs.  Coconut aminos

2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce (Can be regular or vegan)

½ tsp. smoked paprika

½ tsp. onion powder

½ tsp. garlic powder

5-6 drops hot sauce (or more to taste)

¼ tsp. liquid smoke.

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Whisk to combine. Heat to boiling, then lower the heat to simmer about 5 minutes. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
