Seafood Salad



1 cup wild caught crabmeat
1 cup wild caught cooked shrimp chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/3 cup finally chopped red pepper
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup dairy free béchamel sauce (see recipe)

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp old bay
¼ tsp mustard powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix everything together and serve over Romaine or mixed greens. Garnish with tomatoes and cucumbers. Add additional dairy free dressing of choice. ( We like “blue cheese”)
