Cashew Butter

This is the easiest recipe ever. You can make our own homemade nut butters at home. I used cashews for this one, but you can use any roasted unsalted nuts of your choice. Cashews are rich in nutrients and provide magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese. They are good for your heart, blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes.


16 oz. unsalted roasted cashews (or other nut of choice)

1/2 tsp. sea salt or more to taste

Place salt and nuts in a high speed blender. Blend on low speed for 6-10 minutes, scraping sides as necessary, until smooth and creamy. Store in a glass jar in your fridge.
