Krysanna’s Healthier Pancakes

My grandkids love pancakes and want them every time they visit. I wasn’t a huge fan of traditional pancakes, so I came up with this delicious, healthier version. They love them!!!

1 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/1 tsp salt
2 scoops of my favorite vanilla whey protein

1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs

Mix all and pour onto a hot 375 degree griddle. ENJOY!!!
